Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct and content that are prohibited when using HyperInfer, operated by Titan Tech Development L.L.C-FZ. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. We may update this AUP from time to time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to everyone who accesses or uses the HyperInfer services, including your end users, and to all content you submit to, or generate using, the services. You are responsible for your use of the services and for ensuring that anyone you permit to use your account, API keys or endpoints complies with this AUP and applicable law. Because we operate under zero data retention, we do not monitor the content of your inference requests; this AUP defines the obligations you accept regardless of how use is detected or reported.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use the services to create, transmit, store or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or that facilitates or promotes illegal activity, under any applicable law;
  • constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
  • infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party, or misappropriates trade secrets or confidential information;
  • contains or distributes malware, ransomware, exploits, or other malicious code, or is designed to disable, damage or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or harm against any individual or group, or promotes self-harm;
  • constitutes large-scale disinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, spam, or content designed to deceive, impersonate, or manipulate public opinion at scale.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use the services to:

  • circumvent, disable or interfere with security or authentication features, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization;
  • scrape, harvest or collect data in violation of any third party’s terms, or otherwise abuse, overload or disrupt the services or the experience of other customers;
  • violate economic sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions, including by providing access to embargoed countries or to restricted parties;
  • use the services, or any outputs generated by them, to develop, train or improve a competing inference, model-hosting or model-distillation service;
  • make automated decisions in high-risk domains — including medical, legal, financial, employment, housing or insurance decisions — without appropriate human oversight, disclosures and safeguards required by law.

4. Service integrity

You must respect the rate limits, quotas and capacity allocations applicable to your plan, and may not attempt to evade them through multiple accounts, key sharing or other means. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide the services to third parties without our prior written authorization. You are responsible for ensuring your use of open-weight models complies with their respective licenses.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may take action proportionate to the violation, including issuing a warning, suspending the affected account, endpoint or feature, or terminating your access. Where the violation poses an imminent risk to security, legal compliance, or the integrity of the services or other customers, we may suspend access immediately and without prior notice. We will, where practicable and lawful, notify you and provide an opportunity to remediate before terminating.

6. Reporting

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, or of any abuse or misuse of the services, please report it to [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to investigate. We review reports in good faith and take action as appropriate.
